Hello, my name is Dr. Bethany Alleman and I look forward to partnering with you along your healthcare journey. When you arent feeling your best, it can have an affect on those around us. I believe in treating the whole person while understanding that physical health is tied to your mental and emotional well being, hence “Aura“. Our overall goal is to restore the balance within your nervous system through the chiropractic adjustment. By addressing the spinal misalignments and optimizing your nervous system function, we can help you unlock your body’s natural healing potential !
Our bodies are constantly experiencing physcial, emotional, or chemical stressors, leaving our bodies constantly telling us when we aren‘t functioning at 100%. If we are unable to adapt to life‘s stressors the body will communicate through tension, pain, illness, dis-ease, etc. These can interfere with the body‘s innate ability to heal.
Through our chiropractic analysis we offer a way to detect and treat the areas of stored stress in the spine. The chiropractic adjustment is used to treat misalignments, reduce these stressful patterns, as well as remove nerve interference within the spine to allow our bodies to heal better. When we can heal better, we can feel better.

Through the chiropractic adjustment, we will release the stored stress within your spine, therefore your nervous system. This will allow your body to adapt to current and upcoming stressors using innate intelligence. We utilize different techniques like Diversfied, Activator, and Thompson Drop Table.
Babies and Littles
A child’s nervous system is still developing within the first two years of life. We want the children in our community to excel! Through gentle adjustments, we release tension and stress to help guide a rapidly evolving nervous system.
Perinatal & Post Partum Care
We want you and your little one to reach optimum health during this crucial time. Your body will be going through alot of changes during this 40 week period and chiropractic can help aid in a smoother pregnancy, as well as labor and delivery. Chiropractic can also help moms transition through the postpartum phase. Dr. Bethany is Webster Certified and has supplemental experience in prenatal care.

Dr. Bethany has always had a passion for science and knew from a young age that her path would lead her to serving others.
Dr. Bethany was born in Baytown, TX and grew up in bay area Houston. She later went on to Lousiana State University to obtain a bachelors in kinesiology. She was later led to Dallas to pursue her chiropractic education at Parker University.
After graduation, she decided to call the Dallas-Ft. Worth area her forever home and she is so eager and excited to serve this community!
In her free time you can catch her catching up on her favorite shows, taking walks with her dog, Bane, and cheering on the LSU Fighting Tigers!
What to expect during your first session

The first step is to call or text 940-274-6936 to confirm your first session.
Please take the time to complete our intake forms. This is will aid us in customizing our care to better serve you. Help us get down to the root cause of your dis-ease.
Consultation & Exam
During your first session we will review your intake forms and ask detailed questions about your current state of health and past health history. We will the perform an exam and discuss findings. This is meant to be a partnered effort from both the patient and the doctor. At Aura, we would love to be a resource for you. We are hereto answer any questions you may have.
Chiropractic Adjustment
Our main goal through the adjustment is to correct subluxation within the spine. We want to leave you feeling at peace within yourself, knowing your body on a deeper level. You may feel or hear a “pop” or a “crack”, this is air leaving the synovium within the joint. We offer different techniques to cater to your specific needs.
Schedule Next Session
We want you to heal at your own pace. After your initial session you will have the oppurtunity to schedule your next visit. What is the Webster technique?
The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and diversified adjustment that reduces nervous system stress, balances the pelvic bones, muscles and ligaments and optimizes the mother’s pelvic function in pregnancy and birth.
Do you accept insurance?
Aura Chiropractic DOES NOT accept insurance at this time. We do accept HSA/FSA payments. We work hard to cater our care specifically for your needs. Insurance often creates an obstacle by dictating what practitioners can and cannot do. For this reason, we are cash-based with our prices extremely reasonable when compared to traditional healthcare costs and insurance.
How many visits will it take?
Everyone is different when it comes to a specific number of visits. Dr. Bethany will perform an exam at your initial session and make recommendations to get you on a path towards your health goals.
Recommendations are meant to be a collaborative effort as we walk together in the next steps of your health journey
Our bodies are designed to give warning signs when there is imbalance and our health is compromised. Our goal is to maintain the natural balance within your nervous system by correcting spinal misalignments through the chiropractic adjustment.
